Ataraxia Nyah 83.9%

Nyah is a fantastic companion and guard dog. She is our house pet and at 8 years of age she is still surprisingly athletic. Nyah has shown us her Boerboel instincts from a very young age. You can quite often find her just outside the fence line of the house yard, sitting, watching and protecting us, she is known to do this for hours or until we go outside, then she is back by our side.  Everyone just adores her and she adores everyone, especially children and elderly people.  We have had barbeques at our home with plenty of people of a mixed age.  Nyah will usually sit beside the elderly people or infants as if she knows that they are a bit more vulnerable and might need help or protection if something were to happen. 

Nyah's guarding instincts are impeccable,  if we have strange visitors she will really go off, but tends to always recognise familiar people and cars or if we let her know that it's okay.   Then she will just wag her tail and jump around in excitement.  More often than not Nyah seems to know what you are thinking when a visitor arrives and will act accordingly.  You really couldn't ask for anything more in a dog.
